MCP Services Overview
All Layer 2 services are accessed by agents through MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoints. Each service is independently gated with free (rate-limited) and paid tiers.
Service Architecture
Agent → MCP Tool Call → ODIN Gateway (auth + rate limit + billing) → Provider API → ResponseThe ODIN gateway handles authentication, rate limiting, usage metering, and billing. This means:
- Adding a new provider = zero agent changes
- Switching providers = zero agent changes
- Centralized audit trail for all external data calls
